Service Terms

Standard services can be booked and paid for online. Custom quote requests do not reserve a visit or create a payment obligation.

Requests and appointments

For standard services, choose a start time that fits your full cart. A temporary checkout hold becomes a confirmed appointment after payment is verified. Pending payments are not confirmed appointments. Custom quote requests require a separate agreement. All calendar times are Arizona time.

Scope and estimates

Direct-booking prices cover the exact service scope shown for each task. Cable-concealment packages include the specified standard GSD-supplied hardware in their service price. Supply choices apply only to the listed supplemental hardware, filters and accessories. Have your furniture, fixtures and other chosen products ready. GSD supply prices include sourcing and handling and cover only the selected supplemental items. Specialty supplemental parts require an agreed quote before booking or payment. Product substitutions and extra charges require your agreement. The minimum visit total is $79 after discounts, including GSD-supplied hardware and materials. Customer-provided products do not count toward this minimum. Bundle savings are applied at checkout. Senior (10%) and military (20%) selections are requests only: eligibility is verified with ID during the visit and any additional savings are credited to the original payment method after the work is complete. The largest eligible discount applies, without stacking or discounting separately priced hardware and materials; bundle savings already received count toward the total discount. No discount credit reduces the combined labor and GSD-supplied materials total below $79. Time estimates include setup but are not guarantees. Unlisted work, repairs, new electrical wiring and permit-required work are excluded. Arrival inspection may identify additional work or materials. Any additional charges will be explained and added only with your approval during the visit, before proceeding.

Licensing disclosure

GSD Assembly & Install is not a licensed contractor. Work is limited to qualifying casual or minor jobs under Arizona’s handyman exemption, A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14). Eligibility depends on the entire undertaking, the applicable aggregate price, and whether a permit is required. A larger project will not be divided into separate contracts or visits to avoid licensing requirements. Jobs outside the exemption are declined.

Customer preparation

Provide accurate job details, clear access to the work area, suitable products and hardware where agreed, and an adult authorized to approve the work. Tell GSD about relevant site conditions before the appointment.

Payment, cancellation, and workmanship

Standard services are paid in full at checkout. Email GSD to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations before work starts receive a full refund for unperformed work. If GSD cannot provide the booked scope, the unperformed portion is refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. A payment is not automatically refunded by closing the page. Custom work requires a separate quote. No cancellation or rush fees are added by this checkout.
