Information you provide
When you send a service request, GSD receives your name, email, phone, service address, job details, and appointment preferences. We save the request to review your project and respond. Service selections and random submission and booking access identifiers may be kept in your browser session; contact details are not saved in browser storage.
How we use information
We use your information to review work, prepare quotes, arrange appointments, communicate about services, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores request information, Resend sends request and booking emails, and Google Workspace handles our business email. These providers process information needed to perform those functions. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs such as IP addresses and delivery information.
Spam prevention
We use request validation and submission limits to reduce abuse. Our application stores keyed hashes of IP addresses and email addresses for short-lived rate limits instead of raw IP addresses in its rate-limit table. Expired counters are removed during subsequent request processing.
Retention and your choices
We retain request and service records as needed to respond, provide services, and meet business and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained. Our providers may retain backups and technical logs according to their policies.
Payment and analytics
Stripe processes payments through its embedded checkout. GSD does not receive or store full card numbers. We store payment references, totals and booking status to provide the service. We have not installed advertising pixels or website analytics.
